The 130D metal wire mesh loom
The 130D metal wire mesh loom is the flagship product of Anping Bianwangren. Adopting bus control + integrated electromechanical technology, it features an exclusive industry configuration. With a weaving width of 1300–1600mm, it supports 10–100 mesh square mesh and 300 mesh Dutch mesh, suitable for wire diameters of 0.05–0.45mm, enabling plain, twill, and Dutch weaving. It is widely used in mass production of window screens, filter meshes, and industrial screens.

Operating Principle
The bus system coordinates all servo mechanisms, with electromechanical synergy completing wire feeding, weaving, and winding. Standardized production processes and high-quality components like carbon fiber rapiers and RV reducers ensure continuous, stable operation.
